Senior Project Manager / Estimator – Paving & Roadway Construction

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead the estimating and management of paving and roadway construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing and estimating Federal, State, County, and City paving/roadway projects from bid through completion.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage paving, roadway, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and project budgets.
• Manage project schedules, costs, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.
• Track project progress, change orders, and financial performance.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil construction, paving, or roadway work.
• Proven experience estimating and managing Federal, State, County, and City projects.
• Strong understanding of roadway construction, asphalt paving, grading, and related civil work.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong estimating, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with public works/DOT projects strongly preferred.
