Senior Project Manager/Estimator

McLeRoy, a growing family-owned commercial and industrial contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in estimating, project execution, client management, and operational leadership while helping drive the continued growth of the commercial division.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, perform takeoffs, and develop project budgets for commercial construction projects.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and participate in client presentations and contract negotiations.
• Manage projects from award through completion, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Partner with ownership to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor team members and help support the growth of the commercial construction division.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Background in estimating, project management, and operational leadership.
• Proven success managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and change order management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to company growth and future leadership initiatives.
