Lead the growth and expansion of a nationally recognized contractor's federal construction business across the Pacific Northwest. Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new federal and Department of Defense opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key federal agency stakeholders, military installations, and industry partners. Provide executive-level oversight of large-scale federal construction projects ranging from $50M-$300M+. Ensure successful project delivery by driving safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction outcomes. Support opportunity identification, capture planning, proposal strategy, and contract pursuits. Serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients while strengthening the organization's regional market presence. Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership teams to win and execute work. Mentor and develop project teams while helping build a scalable federal construction platform. Represent the organization at industry events and with key government stakeholders to advance long-term growth objectives.

Proven leader of large-scale federal construction projects ($50M-$300M+). Strong relationships across DoD, federal agencies, and key government stakeholders. Track record of winning, growing, and executing federal construction work. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or expanding a federal practice. Skilled in business development, client management, and market strategy. Executive presence with the ability to influence clients and senior leadership. Experience leading high-performing project teams and mentoring talent. Deep understanding of federal procurement and contracting processes. SCIF, secure facility, and/or active or prior security clearance experience preferred. Motivated by the opportunity to shape regional growth and advance into an executive leadership role.

Base Salary: $135,000-$200,000+ depending on experience and level. Annual Bonus: Significant performance-based bonus potential, approximately $50,000-$150,000+ at the executive level. Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month (pre-tax). Project-Based Incentives: Additional earnings tied to project and business performance.
