We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Project Manager for our Fire Sprinkler Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large scale projects within the construction industry, specifically in the fire sprinkler systems sector. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team of professionals committed to delivering quality workmanship and ensuring safety in every project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of fire sprinkler projects, from initial estimation and bidding to final execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler projects, including but not limited to, planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
2. Lead and manage the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Prepare comprehensive project estimates and bids, ensuring competitiveness without compromising quality or compliance.
4. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
6. Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
7. Conduct risk management, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.
8. Review and approve project designs and plans.
9. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure project efficiency.
10. Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in the fire sprinkler systems sector.
2. A valid RME-G license is a must.
3. Proven experience in leading and managing large scale projects.
4. Proficient in NFPA codes and standards related to fire sprinkler systems.
5. Strong knowledge and experience in project estimation and bidding.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
9. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
10. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
