• Contract Duration: 5 months (with potential to extend/convert)
• Pay Rate: $80.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of IT Operations and Service Desk initiatives, automation, efficiency initiatives, and end-user technology deployment of building expansion projects. This role owns planning, coordination, governance, and readiness while partnering with external stakeholders and potentially a third-party vendor responsible for implementation. As the client delivery lead, you will ensure internal teams and stakeholders are aligned, vendor execution is effectively coordinated, and leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions through executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution oversight, and delivery to production
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and readiness activities
• Coordinate and track project deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across EUC, Service Desk, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
• Manage RAID and ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
• Provide clear, consistent status reporting and participate in executive-level updates
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and delivery artifacts
• Lead a cross-functional ServiceNow initiative to drive improvements for new hire, internal transfer, associate change, and asset lifecycle processes
• Support additional operations or service desk initiatives as needed (no people management), such as Tech Bar enhancement proof of concept and implementing a mobile asset tracking and lifecycle process

Required Experience

• 8 years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong experience managing the client side of vendor-led implementations
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience delivering end-user technology delivery and IT service desk AI, automation, digital workplace, or service management solutions
• Familiarity with service desk conversational AI platforms

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience managing proof of concept to pilot to production transitions
• Background in end-user services, digital workplace, or IT operations programs

Required Skills

• PMP certification (note: manager will accept an expired PMP if other required experience is a strong fit)
• Expertise in SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree

Education Requirements

• PMP certification required (expired PMP may be accepted if other required experience is a strong fit)
