Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Frederick, MD. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading complex insurance-focused projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Rate Range: $64/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Project Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business and organizational objectives.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources to drive successful project outcomes.

• Monitor project progress, facilitate status meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and provide executive-level reporting.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, manage change requests, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

• Support strategic initiatives, digital transformation programs, and continuous improvement efforts while driving stakeholder satisfaction and business value realization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Software Testing.

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, API testing (Rest Assured, Postman, Karate), and automation framework development.

• Proven expertise in CI/CD integration, performance testing, QA strategy development, defect management, and leading test automation initiatives in Agile environments.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
