Description

Project ManagerProvide strategic leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, fostering professional development and driving consistent project execution excellence across the organization. Lead multiple complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Cultivate and strengthen executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and supporting pursuit strategies for key projects and clients. Establish and enforce project management best practices, improving operational efficiency, risk management, and project performance outcomes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and design teams to proactively resolve challenges and maintain project momentum. Oversee financial performance across project portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and profitability optimization. Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence while aligning project teams with organizational goals and client expectations.
