Milwaukee general contractor is actively looking to make a key hire for a senior project manager position. In this role you will be tasked with leading $25M to $35M in annual pipeline while supporting 1-2 projects through preconstruction annually. Description
- Manage $15M to $25M/yr in industrial, multifamily, and commercial construction projects
- Support 1-2 builds per year through the preconstruction phase
- Utilize project management skills to drive repeat business with new and existing clientel
Profile
- 10+ years of construction industry experience
- Track record of leading projects in the commercial, multifamily, industrial, or healthcare sectors
- Experience on projects valued at $10M+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently
Job Offer
- Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $175,000 dependent on qualifications
- 20% bonus target
