The Senior Project Manager - Great Mentoring Opportunity - Columbia will be responsible for:

• • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple commercial projects
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Manage and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff
  • Drive risk management, cost control, and change management processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Provide regular project reporting to executive leadership

Profile

The Senior Project Manager - Great Mentoring Opportunity - Columbia should have:

• • 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Proven background with a general contractor (ground-up preferred)
  • Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management expertise
  • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
  • Experience with projects such as healthcare, education, industrial, or mixed-use is a plus
