Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for:

• Running commercial projects start through completion up to $50M on time & within budget
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Upholding company image / professionalism

Profile

The right Senior Project Manager has the following qualifications:

• Commercial, Lifescience, or Academic project experience (required)
• Ideally public/municipal work but open to other backgrounds (except residential)
• 7+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor (required)
• Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
• Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares (including Newforma, Microsoft, Procore)
