Project ManagerManage ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $10M and $30M from planning through completion. Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, cash flow, change orders, and owner communications. Drive scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and milestone delivery using industry-standard tools. Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Support and mentor junior project team members while building strong client relationships.A successful Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of commercial construction experience with ground-up projects. Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M-$30M. Proficiency with Procore, Viewpoint, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.Salary: $120,000-$150,000 base salary + comprehensive benefits package.
