Senior Project Manager - Healthcare ConstructionManage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management. Lead and mentor project teams to foster productivity and accountability. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful outcomes.A successful Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction should have: Experience with managing healthcare construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control measures. Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.Competitive salary ranging from $156,000 to $170,000 USD annually.
