Ensure compliance with healthcare, municipal, and commercial building codes, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance programs. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent delivery of exceptional project outcomes. Lead project teams by fostering collaboration, mentoring field personnel, mitigating risks, and driving successful on-time, on-budget project completion.The Successful Applicant10+ years lead project management experience. Track record of leading commercial, healthcare, industrial, or public construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction. Degree in construction management or related field. Projects valued at $1M+. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
