Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for:

• Business Development - building out healthcare market
• Running Healthcare projects from start through completion on time & within budget
• Small healthcare projects ($500K to $10M)
• Occupied renovations, Ambulatory fit outs, Pharmacys, Cardiac Rehabs, etc.
• Leading/Taking ownership of the project they are on
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Upholding company image / professionalism
• Must be able to commutable to project sites throughout LV

Profile

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• Strong background in Healthcare projects
• 7-10+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor (required)
• Business Development background
• Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
• Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares
