Lead Landmark Infrastructure Projects Across Washington

An established, employee-focused heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects throughout Washington State. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected contractor known for delivering quality work, maintaining a strong safety culture, and investing in the long-term success of its employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple heavy civil construction projects from award through final completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, contract administration, and project execution.
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and subcontract agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project staff.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maximize project success.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing heavy civil infrastructure projects valued at $20 million+.
  • Experience with transportation, highways, bridges, underground utilities, excavation, grading, earthwork, or other major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
