Reporting into senior construction leadership, the Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of a large-scale multifamily high-rise development.
Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through turnover.
Direct project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management activities.
Manage general contractors, consultants, design teams, and key project stakeholders.
Drive project performance related to cost, quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
Oversee permitting, entitlement coordination, and preconstruction planning efforts.
Provide strategic leadership throughout construction to ensure successful project execution.
Deliver regular project updates, forecasts, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Extensive experience managing large-scale multifamily construction projects.
Proven experience delivering mid-rise or high-rise residential developments.
Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
Experience managing complex stakeholder groups, consultants, and construction teams.
Ability to lead projects through preconstruction, permitting, and field execution.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience working within the Austin market is strongly preferred.
High-rise multifamily experience is highly desirable.
Base salary: $185,000 - $205,000 (DOE)
Annual performance bonus: 20% - 25%
