Senior Project Manager - Hotel/Hospitality

Job Description
- Oversee all phases of hotel and hospitality construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - Hotel/Hospitality should have:
