Senior Project Manager - HV TransmissionLead all phases of HV transmission projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Coordinate engineering, environmental, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget objectives. Review contracts, change orders, project estimates, and scope modifications. Ensure compliance with company, client, OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare executive-level reports. Manage multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior project managers and engineers. Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, and client relationship management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.A successful Senior Project Manager - HV Transmission should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience managing utility, transmission, substation, or power delivery projects. Experience leading projects involving transmission lines ranging from 69kV to 765kV. Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation. Experience managing EPC, design-build, or utility capital projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar project management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.Competitive hourly pay ranging from $90 to $110 USD.
