Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical implementation delivery for ImageCentre and DirectLink products across banking and financial clients. This dual-role position combines hands-on delivery oversight, technical guidance, and people management to drive operational excellence within our implementation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Operations: Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, monitor project health and milestones, standardize processes, and proactively manage risks across concurrent engagements.
• Technical Oversight: Leverage working knowledge of ImageCentre and the DirectLink product suite (Teller, Host Integration, distributed capture) to evaluate team outputs and guide technical solutions.
• Escalation & Support: Drive resolution for complex technical issues, serving as the primary after-hours/weekend support escalation path for clients during go-live and stabilization periods (min. 2 weeks post go-live).
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of implementation analysts through capacity planning, performance management, and targeted coaching.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years in technical project management and team leadership, preferably within banking, financial services, or enterprise software delivery.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management; strong technical depth to evaluate software installation and configuration workflows.
• Work Schedule: Must work US business hours to support a North American client base.
