Title: Senior Client Project Manager (Contractor)

Location: Indiana- 100% Onsite

Duration: 6 Months - Potential Permanent Conversion

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Client Project Manager to manage pharmaceutical client programs from bulk product receipt through fill-finish, release, and shipment in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for pharmaceutical clients.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, escalations, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, MSAT, Validation, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
• Drive manufacturing readiness and critical-path activities.
• Lead client meetings, project updates, and issue resolution.
• Manage schedules, dashboards, and reporting using Smartsheet.

Must-Have

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or biologics industry.
• Direct pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Fill-finish experience required.
• Strong GMP and quality-system knowledge.
• Proven pharmaceutical client relationship and project-management experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Stable career history with strong employment tenure.

• Advanced Smartsheet skills
• PMP certification
• Biologics, sterile/aseptic, injectable, or parenteral manufacturing
• Technology transfer, process validation, PPQ, product launch, or commercial manufacturing experience
