A bit about us:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the project from start to finish. My client specializes in the construction of Senior Living, Commercial, and Healthcare facilities. The Senior Project Manager will be expected to maintain and adhere to project construction schedules, budgets, cost and quality control measures and safety practices. Must have Senior Living Building Experience. The initial project will be a local Indianapolis Senior Living Facility.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
