Job DetailsSummary of Responsibilities
- Manage industrial construction projects from planning through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead communication with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project execution.
- Monitor project costs and profitability while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate design reviews, constructability evaluations, and value engineering efforts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support future business opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
- Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, processing, energy, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and trade partners.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Design-build experience is a plus.
