A rapidly growing industrial contractor is actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects throughout the Midwest region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong construction leader who can manage projects from the field and office side while building long-term client relationships in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, crews, and client communication
- Oversee project execution, production, safety, and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate with field leadership, vendors, and internal operations teams
- Drive project performance, profitability, and team accountability
Qualifications:
- Strong construction project management background required
- Industrial construction experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and field operations
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary COMPETITIVE depending on experience
- Quarterly quota bonuses + project bonuses
- Minimum 10% annual bonus structure
