Senior Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing Construction Projects Location: Dallas, Texas, Onsite
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Setting: Project Sites / Office
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Recent experience working directly for a medium to large-sized commercial General Contractor.
- Strong Project Management experience.
- Strong experience managing project financials.
- Ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Ability to prepare project budgets, GMPs, and/or hard bids.
- Experience with construction means and methods.
- Strong understanding of construction project processes.
- Ability to manage project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours when required by project needs.
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate when project requirements dictate.
