Senior Project Manager Industrial Pipeline Projects

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong industrial project experience and a background supporting oil and gas pipeline projects. This is a direct hire opportunity that can be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; or Atlanta, GA.

This role is ideal for a seller-doer project leader who can manage complex engineering and consulting projects while also helping strengthen client relationships and support business growth. The right candidate will bring hands-on experience with pipeline-related projects, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from planning through completion.

Salary: Starting at 115K+

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering and consulting projects from initiation through closeout
• Manage large multidisciplinary projects or technically complex mid-sized projects
• Direct and coordinate the work of engineering and technical project teams
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, risk, and client communication
• Support multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and accountability
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients at the local and national level
• Partner with internal teams to identify, pursue, and win new project opportunities
• Provide leadership and technical guidance throughout the full project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, environmental science, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of related industrial project experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Must have oil and gas industry experience
• Must have experience with pipeline projects, including design, project management, engineering consulting, permitting, routing, construction support, or related project execution
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical deliverables
• Ability to manage client relationships and support business development efforts
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• PMP certification
• Experience in a seller-doer or client-facing consulting role
• Background managing projects across multiple locations or regions
