Description

The Senior Project Manager - Industrial Projects - Greenville will be responsible for:

• • Lead all phases of industrial construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Mentor and support project management and field staff.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and operational efficiency.

Requirements 5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level Local to Charlotte preferred, though relocators will be considered
