Senior Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Irving, TX. Duties:

• Senior Project Manager will lead and manage complex business and technology initiatives from planning through implementation and post-launch support
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs
• Facilitate prioritization of work, manage project intake, and align efforts with business objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, including planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
• As a Senior Project Manager, you will ensure operational readiness, testing, documentation, and successful implementation of solutions
• Track project performance, resource utilization, vendor activities, and budget adherence
• Foster collaboration among business, technical, and operational teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
• 7+ years of project or program management experience leading complex initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting technology, business process improvement, digital transformation, or operational initiatives
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
