Senior Project Manager, ITAM Enablement Programs

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a remote Senior Project Manager ITAM Enablement job with a key client in the Hospitality Space. If you have seven or more years of information technology experience including four or more years of Agile project management and a strong background in IT Asset Management, this CONTRACT opportunity could be a great fit for you. In this role, you will lead transformational engagements within the client's Technology Experience Center, operationalizing their ITAM program for Global Technology stakeholders while managing program deliverables, timelines, and communications across multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will bring exceptional communication skills, strong visual storytelling ability, and a proactive mindset to drive adoption of new processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Senior Project Manager ITAM Enablement Job Responsibilities:

• Manage program deliverables and timelines across multiple ITAM initiatives, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and ensure consistent messaging across presentations, one-pagers, emails, and intranet content
• Partner with stakeholders and ITAM program leads to design tailored communications, translate business objectives and technical initiatives into clear narratives and visuals, and create engaging executive-level briefs and infographics aligned with company branding
• Organize and align cross-functional teams to plan and deliver approved initiatives, participate in agile ceremonies, and support backlog management and prioritization
• Serve as a change advocate, driving adoption of new processes, removing barriers to change, and helping foster a culture of continuous improvement across global teams and leaders
• Identify issues, problems, and opportunities across initiatives, develop and evaluate solutions, and communicate findings and updates to leaders, stakeholders, and team members in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Seven or more years of information technology experience including four or more years of Agile project management using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies, and four or more years creating and delivering project communications including presentations and infographics
• Strong knowledge of ITAM governance and processes, and demonstrated knowledge of Organization Change Management practices
• Experience establishing and managing initiatives, epics, and stories in Jira, and demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and workshops at multiple levels of an organization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences including executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams across multiple channels
• Scrum Alliance CSM, CSP, PMI ACP, SAFe certification, or Asset Management certification such as IAM preferred; experience working under regulatory and compliance programs a plus
