Senior Project Manager
Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall project performance
- Prepare and negotiate subcontract agreements
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
- Monitor project costs and maintain profitability objectives
- Support project scheduling and risk management initiatives
- Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Solid tenure with reputable General Contractors
- Experience managing public works, educational, commercial, or civic projects
- Proven success overseeing projects valued between $10M and $100M+
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
We are offering this Project Manager:
- Base Salary: $185,000 - $205,000
