The onsite Program Management team in Baltimore, MD is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager for Interiors. This position allows for the opportunity to be a major contributor to the growth of one of the busiest hospitals in the world as part of the owner's representative program management team.

We're looking for a collaborative and driven Senior Project Manager for Interiors who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's project site in Baltimore, MD, you'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, project controls, and on-site management of Construction Managers as needed. You'll provide effective project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project\u202fchallenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
