- Lead industrial projects ranging from $30M-$100M+
- Manage project teams, budgets, and client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement strategies
- Provide executive-level project reporting
- Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality, schedule, and financial goals
Profile
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Significant industrial, manufacturing, or logistics project experience
- Strong financial management and leadership skills
- Proven track record delivering large-scale projects
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
