Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our Los Angeles location. We need candidates with experience with Residential/Single family and Multi Family, Mixed Use, as well as Commercial and Retail projects. 

As a Senior Project Manager, you:

• Possess a PE license
• Will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees
• Have at least 10 years of experience
• Represent firm in client meetings, determine scope of work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare and finalize proposals
• Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training and employee performance
• Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings

Other responsibilities include:

• Assist in business development for prospective clients
• Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables
• Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate and finalize back charges

Salary range: $145,000 to $175,000
