Job Description
- Project Management: Lead daily construction operations across multiple luxury residential projects.
- Team Leadership: Conduct and lead project meetings with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
- Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and milestones.
- Safety Compliance: Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions to avoid delays.
- Documentation: Support invoicing, reporting, and project documentation processes.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets design intent and project specifications.
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects.
- Proven experience with custom homes, ground-up residential construction, major renovations, and additions up to $5 million.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with architects, designers, and homeowners.
- Strong scheduling and project planning capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor suited for luxury residential clientele.
