Known for their reputable and highly detail oriented luxury builds throughout New Jersey.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day construction operations on luxury residential projects - very client facing position. Candidate must be polishedConduct and lead meetings with homeowners, architects, and subcontractorsManage project schedules and construction milestonesCoordinate subcontractor activities and site logisticsOversee quality control and ensure work meets project specificationsHandle client communications and maintain a polished, professional presenceMonitor budgets, change orders, and project progressSupport client invoicing and project reporting as neededPartner with shared Assistant Project Managers (APMs) on scheduling and administrative needsManage project closeout, punch lists, and final turnoverIdentify and proactively solve field issues before impacting schedule or client satisfactionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
