Summary/Objective:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing construction projects from contract award through completion, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role works closely with owners, clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to drive successful project outcomes. The Senior Project Manager provides strong leadership, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving to balance cost, schedule, and quality, while mentoring and developing less experienced team members. This position requires a leader who leads by example and consistently upholds Speedwell's core values of diligence, respect, humility, and a sense of urgency.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position provides overall leadership for the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from contract award through completion. The Senior Project Manager oversees project teams, provides direction and accountability, and serves as a coach and technical resource to other team members across the organization.
Work Environment:
The Senior Project Manager divides time between an active office environment, project job sites, and various internal and external meetings. When visiting job sites, the employee may be exposed to typical construction hazards and conditions. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety gear must be used as required.
Physical Demands:
While attending job sites, the Senior Project Manager may be required to climb ladders, navigate uneven terrain, and operate a motor vehicle. The position involves regular use of office equipment, which may result in eye or muscle strain. The employee may occasionally be required to lift office equipment, supplies, or materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is an exempt, full-time position. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with an expectation of 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend work may be required to meet project or client demands.
Travel:
Regular travel to assigned job sites and meetings with current and prospective clients is required. Occasional travel for training, professional development, or company meetings may also be necessary.

The employee must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review. A valid driver's license is required.
