This firm is known for its longstanding commitment to Safety, Integrity, Passion, and Performance, completing projects on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards.Job DescriptionThe Senior MEP Project Manager - Top 30 ENR GC will be responsible for:Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary owner and design-team liaison.Oversee project budget, cost control, forecasting, and change management to meet profitability goals.Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, coordinating closely with field leadership.Negotiate and manage major subcontracts, procurement, and contract compliance.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Drive quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes and specifications.Manage, mentor, and develop project teams including PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers.Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support future business opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
