  • Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring, project staffing, and financial performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with other disciplines to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Identify project risks, lead reviews, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values.
  • Lead MEP design coordination and integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and process utility systems.
  • Perform QA/QC reviews of MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Coordinate RFIs, substitutions, and technical deviations with design teams and contractors.
  • Manage commissioning activities including testing, punch walks, and turnover documentation.
  • Conduct field walks to verify installation compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Serve as primary liaison between client, design team, contractors, and facilities stakeholders.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • PMP, LEED AP, and/or CCM certification preferred.
  • Ability to lead complex communications and problem-solving across stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Experience with Bluebeam and CMMS platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing MEP scopes across full project lifecycles including long-lead equipment procurement.
