With a national portfolio exceeding 90 million sq. ft., our client specializes in transforming legacy industrial landmarks into state -of -the -art tech hubs.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM)<\/b> to lead the execution of a 350,000 sq. ft. Hyperscale conversion<\/b> in Michigan City. This project involves a significant structural overhaul (including a 18ft roof raise) and the development of a private dedicated substation<\/b> to support a 150MW capacity<\/b>.

Conversion Oversight:<\/b> Manage the daily execution of a massive structural and MEP overhaul, transforming a legacy facility into a Tier III/IV data center environment.
<\/p><\/li>
Substation & Infrastructure:<\/b> Coordinate the construction of a private high -voltage substation and critical power path to the facility.
<\/p><\/li>
Operational Leadership:<\/b> Lead trade partners and subcontractors through the final 60% of the build, ensuring adherence to strict tech -client specifications.
<\/p><\/li>
Tech -Integrated Tracking:<\/b> Utilize Procore<\/b> and 3D Rendering<\/b> to manage complex structural modifications, RFI workflows, and site sequencing.

Division Growth:<\/b> Mentor a hand -picked site team as part of a strategic "over -staffing" initiative, preparing leaders for the firm's 30+ upcoming hyperscale projects.

Mission Critical Experience:<\/b> 5–10+ years in Data Center, High -Density Industrial, or Substation construction<\/b>. Experience with large -scale industrial renovations is a significant plus.
