Construction Director
Our client is a privately owned construction and real estate organization with a strong reputation for transforming underutilized properties into productive commercial and industrial assets. Manage multiple redevelopment, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects from planning through completion. Lead budgeting, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project financial tracking. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Identify risks, solve project challenges, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Communicate project progress directly with executive leadership and ownership teams. Experience managing commercial and/or industrial construction projects. Design-build and redevelopment experience strongly preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
$120,000 - $135,000 base salary + 10-20% bonus + vehicle allowance $500-$700/month vehicle allowance, strong healthcare coverage, and 401(k) with company contribution.
