Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operations of construction sites
- Essential Duties: Project Management, Cost Effectiveness, Job Set Up, Construction Phase, Close Out Phase, Project Team Management
- Customer Relations: Performs as customer sponsor as needed
Requirements:
- Experience building multi-family housing required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at intermediate skill level
- Must be/become proficient in Procore project management system
