Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading all phases of project management from preconstruction through closeout
- Driving project strategy, execution plans, and overall delivery approach
- Managing and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff
- Overseeing budgets, schedules, and cost controls across multiple projects
- Leading subcontractor buyouts, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy
- Managing the change order process and maintaining financial performance (WIP)
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions
- Ensuring alignment between field operations and project management teams
- Building and maintaining long-term client and industry relationships
Profile
The Senior Project Manager will have:
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 4+ years leading multifamily construction projects
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with podium, PT decks, or structured parking is a plus
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office
- Strong financial management, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and drive project success
