Manage project teams including PMs, APMs, and field staff. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain schedules for large-scale developments. Coordinate with ownership, developers, and design teams. Manage subcontractor procurement and performance. Ensure quality, safety, and project milestones are met.
