Senior Project Manager - Multifamily, Residential

They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.Job DescriptionManaging ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover. Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M+. Delivering on time and within budge projects for multifamily clients across Indianapolis. Create and maintain the master schedule. Assist in preconstruction planning. Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks. Land development experience preferred. Multi-family project experience (build to rent and garden style). Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities. Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work. Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion. Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement). Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc. Familiarity with Procore.What's on OfferBase salary: $130-155K, based upon experience. All in package: $160k+.
