Detailed Job Description:
Experience 10 years in project program management, with at least 5 years in contact center or customer experience programs.
PMP or Agile Scrum certification is a plus.

Lead complex contact center initiatives with strong technical acumen.
Engage senior executive client leadership and manage matrixed teams effectively.
Communicate confidently and operate independently.
