A leading digital streaming network seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a growing portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives, driving project governance, portfolio management, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and reporting while ensuring multiple cross-functional initiatives remain organized, prioritized, and on track.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and governance of Data & Analytics initiatives by serving as the single point of intake, maintaining a centralized Asana portfolio, assigning ownership, defining scope, tracking priorities, and facilitating weekly intake and prioritization reviews.
  • Own the integrated project portfolio by driving execution across multiple workstreams, managing critical paths, monitoring dependencies, resolving blockers, enforcing scope discipline, and holding cross-functional teams accountable for project milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead project governance by maintaining RAID logs, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, managing decision and action logs, identifying risks early, recommending mitigation strategies, and ensuring projects progress efficiently across Procurement, Finance, Technology, Enterprise Solutions, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage executive reporting by facilitating weekly project status meetings, leadership reviews, RAG reporting, portfolio dashboards, and business-facing updates that provide a clear, trusted view of project health, priorities, risks, and overall portfolio progress.
  • Partner closely with technical leads and executive leadership to translate complex Data & Analytics initiatives into structured execution plans, improve portfolio visibility, support strategic decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expert proficiency with Asana; experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar portfolio management tools is also relevant.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong expertise in portfolio management, RAID logs, RAG reporting, governance frameworks, project planning, and executive reporting.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Working knowledge of Data & Analytics initiatives with the ability to understand technical work, sequence projects appropriately, identify risks, and challenge assumptions without performing technical development.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Consulting, PMO, or in-house enterprise program management experience is preferred.
  • Media and entertainment industry experience is preferred.
