We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - NNJ/NYC Multifamily to lead the successful delivery of large-scale cast-in-place concrete superstructure projects. This role will provide strategic oversight from preconstruction through project completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cast-in-place concrete superstructure projects from planning through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and resource allocation.
- Manage project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project performance.
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project financials.
- Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting on key milestones and performance metrics.
- Coordinate preconstruction activities including estimating, scheduling, and logistical planning.
- Drive operational excellence while promoting a collaborative and high-performance project culture.
Profile
The Successful Candidate
- 10-15+ years of Experience as a Project Manager leading large scale Multifamily projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record delivering complex commercial, mixed-use, residential, institutional, or high-rise developments.
- Strong understanding of structural concrete construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets and schedules.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract administration and project financial management.
- Ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced construction environments.
- Proficient with construction management software and project controls systems.
