Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while effectively managing stakeholder expectations, project risks, and team performance.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with business leaders, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, leadership teams, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues before they impact outcomes.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards, policies, and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and project management excellence across the organization.
• Coordinate change management activities and support successful project adoption.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including managing large-scale or complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
