The Office of Institutional Learning and Transformation is working to foster a culture and build an infrastructure within the academic enterprise, rooted in data-enabled and data-driven decision-making, that accelerates innovation and performance while driving excellence.
The Office of Institutional Learning and Transformation is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and result-oriented Senior Project Manager to organize and lead high-impact initiatives that advance organizational learning and institutional excellence across the academic enterprise. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Institutional Learning and Transformation, the Senior Project Manager serves as a key partner in the design, management, and evaluation of complex projects that strengthen data-informed decision-making, foster innovation, and accelerate strategic priorities. Serving in an anticipatory and forward-thinking capacity, the person in this role will translate vision into action by coordinating cross-functional work, managing project portfolios, measuring outcomes, and identifying opportunities to build and improve processes and programs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred. 10+ years' experience in project management required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Each teammate has the responsibility to work in a safe manner. Work requires frequent moving from one area to another, coordinating, and communicating with persons in various disciplines and agencies. Frequent walking, standing and climbing may be required.

Senior project management leader responsible for driving all aspects of large-scale academic initiatives on behalf of Wake Forest University School of Medicine across the Advocate Health system. The Senior Project Manager is an expert project manager, with deep experience driving cross-organizational and enterprise-level initiatives across multi-region stakeholders.The Senior Project Manager will rely on project management expertise and principles to drive progress in system-wide initiatives for which the organization's most senior leaders are the key stakeholders. Regular partnership with enterprise leaders is expected to successfully lead and implement the portfolio of institutional projects that have Enterprise-wide impact.
