Description

Project ManagerLead and manage multiple concurrent commercial construction projects ($10M-$20M range) within a pharmaceutical campus environment. Collaborate closely with owners representatives and other team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Direct project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Identify project risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement proactive solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements. A strong mechanical and electrical construction background is required. An engineering degree is strongly preferred (or equivalent technical expertise). Proven experience managing projects in the $10M-$20M range. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Experience with infrastructure-heavy and ground-up construction projects (preferred over solely clean room experience). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging stakeholder relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.What's on offer includes a competitive base salary: up to 170K (commensurate with experience).
