Known for delivering complex projects with demanding technical requirements, the company has established long-term relationships with major pharmaceutical clients and continues to grow through repeat business and exceptional project execution.Job DescriptionLead the planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical construction projects across an active client campus environment.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including ground-up developments and complex interior fit-outs.Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, procurement, and risk management strategies.Coordinate all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful project outcomes.Direct subcontractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Lead utility infrastructure coordination, site logistics planning, and campus-wide construction integration efforts.Manage complex MEP installations, commissioning activities, and quality assurance processes.Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field operations personnel.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
